There is a shortage of electricity in remote areas in the UAE which are away from the grid. Many people in remote locations are relying on diesel generators to meet their power demands. Extending the national electricity grid is a very expensive option, and will take a long time to accomplish. Therefore, we have come up with an alternative solution which could solve these problems at a very economical rate. Although UAE has the potential to utilize renewable energies, people have not considered it as an option due to a lack of awareness. Also, using just one type of energy source to generate electricity is a common practice. However, we have found out a way to generate electricity by combining two types of energy sources which are wind and solar energy.en_US
