    Description
A poster submitted in ENG 207 taught by Dr. David Prescott for the Fall 2013 semester.
    Abstract
In our project, a hybrid solar car will be redesigned in order to increase the efficiency, reduce the carbon emissions, and minimize the cost. Our hybrid car design will consist of two solar panels on the roof of the car. The first panel will be stationary, while the second panel will slide down to cover the windows and rear windscreen when the car is parked. However, when the car is moving, the panels will return back to their original positions (roof) so as not to obstruct the driver’s view. The project will be discussed from the view of three different engineering disciplines; mechanical, electrical, and chemical engineering.
