A poster submitted in ENG 207 taught by Dr. David Prescott for the Fall 2013 semester.en_US
This project proposes the use of high-powered lasers in order to destroy oncoming missiles and drones. These lasers are mounted on military trucks to make the system mobile and easily deployed to strategic locations. The report details the components needed to create such a system, as well as the physical arrangement and connection of the components in the vehicle. The effectiveness of the laser system is compared with that of interceptor missiles which make up the majority of current missile defense systems.en_US
